Natalie Goodfellow
I have had the amazing opportunity to experience many roles in my life and have come to realize that, at this point in time, I want to guide, support, and inspire others through this journey called LIFE.
As the end of my fifth decade in this world approaches, I can look back at the challenges I have experienced as learning opportunities that have helped me grow into the person I am today.
I now appreciate the gift of awareness and perception to guide me through storms, and I have learned that “storms never last.” They truly don’t. I am living proof of that! With support and direction, we can navigate them successfully. However, sometimes it takes support from others to help us with this navigation.
My courses and coaching sessions are designed to help you develop your awareness around a particular challenge you may be experiencing. Sometimes, all that is required is a different perspective to guide us out of a slump. My approach is one of non-judgment and compassion.
I use a coaching method referred to as evocative coaching. It is an approach that focuses on empowering individuals to identify their own solutions and growth paths through open, empathetic conversations and inquiry—rather than providing direct answers. We have been programmed to look outside of ourselves for solutions, but what’s truly meant for us comes from within. My greatest joy comes from helping others feel empowered to move forward confidently in their lives.
What makes me qualified to work with you?
I am no stranger to pain and adversity. I have experienced the dreaded 5 D’s of life: death, debt, divorce, disease, and depression. I am fully aware of how challenging these experiences can be to navigate. However, I have come out the other side of all of them—through both support and my own will. It is for this reason that I feel compelled to help others. I know hope exists, and I would love to help you find yours.
I was an elementary teacher for 30 years before transitioning to the financial industry, where I have worked in the mortgage sector for the past six years. However, the teacher in me has always been passionate about learning, and the last two years have been a time of incredible growth.
I am a mom, stepmom, grandmother, step-grandmother, life partner, and foster mom. After welcoming our 13-year-old foster daughter, Nicole, into our home, I noticed how my life partner, Jon, and I had different parenting styles. I sought support to help us navigate this chapter of our lives, and in doing so, I decided to share the knowledge I gained by helping others.
I completed the JAI Institute of Parenting coaching program in June 2024. After that, my desire to learn persisted. I wasn’t ready to market my services yet—I knew there was more for me to explore on this coaching journey. This led me to further my studies through multiple modalities related to mindset, healthy relationships, regulating the nervous system, and, finally, Dream Building.
Yes, Dream Building! I have recently become a Brave Thinking Institute Certified Dream Builder Life Coach. I have studied under Mary Morrissey and Kathleen Cameron, both of whom were affiliated with the late Bob Proctor.
I strongly believe in lifelong learning, and I now feel ready to launch this next chapter of my life as what I choose to call an Awareness Coach. Awareness is the first step leading to any positive change in life.

AUTHOR
For over 35 years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding both children and adults through their emotional and spiritual growth. My journey has taken me through many roles—teacher, mother, stepmother, foster mother, and grandmother—and each one has deepened my understanding of how we evolve and connect with the world around us.
I’ve always been passionate about helping others uncover their inner strength and spiritual connection, and I believe that true growth comes from understanding who we are at our core. My stories are born from this belief—stories that nurture, guide, and inspire, helping readers of all ages explore their emotions and discover a deeper sense of self-awareness. Writing is my way of sharing the wisdom I’ve gained along the way, with the hope that it sparks meaningful change and growth in others.
